Please note: we will require the following

  • Access to 2 power point within 50metres
  • Access to ground floor must be level
  • Should the cart be required on any other level other than ground floor it is the hirer responsibility to ensure the cart fits in the elevators or that it can be manoeuvred through access ramp. The cart dimensions are: 1500mm length X 750mm wide 145mm high.

Terms and Conditions: To secure the date 50% deposit will be required prior to event. Payment C.O.D unless prearranged.

*If you are not a 100% satisfied the cost of the coffee indicated in your quote will be deducted from the total amount.
